The manager and the staff here are excellent. I own a Mercedes and was constantly disappointed with the service from Mercedes. Brittannia was recommended to me by my brother who works in the car industry. Why ? because they are1. Honest2. Very trustworthy3. Exceptionally good at their job.4. There is also a strong old fashioned work ethic, nothing is too difficult. Wherever I am in the UK I will always bring my cars here, they treat your car like it is their own.....enough said !!
