Friendly people all the time
I have used The Oaks Pharmacy since it came into being many years ago now. I have always found the staff very caring and compassionate. Good service throughout. The previous pharmacist Nanna, was extremely helpful, just such a tragedy he has moved on to another pharmacy (Delmagates' loss, the competitors gain).
I had an emergency on the 20.06.17 and my local chemist could not help, they phones this chemist who said they had my tablets in stock. I had little time to get there before they closed at 6 and due to traffic I called them and asked if they could possibly stay open for another 5 mins (the tablets are for a heart condition) the lady who answered was very rude and could not care less and said no as that is the time they close. I explained my position but she was not interested at all. I managed to get there by 17.50pm, handed over my prescription, they went away and came back 5 mins later and said it was out of stock. she was not willing to help at all. I left the shop and the next thing so did everyone else! obviously more interested in going home then helping the customers... never will I use this place again - not even worth the one star I have given
