PLEASE BE AWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY!!MORTGAGE ADVISOR - DAVID VITLERPERSONALLY, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY NOR DAVID VITLER AS A MORTGAGE ADVISOR TO ANYONE, AS THIS CASE HAS BEEN MADE INTO A COMPLETE MESS. AND I WILL BE PROCEEDING IN TAKING THIS CASE TO THE OMBUDSMAN TO INVESTIGATE HOW THIS INDIVIDUAL OPERATES.
Twice in the past couple of years I have had dealings with Ward & Partners and both occasions have caused me to doubt their integrity and trustworthiness. Never again. Unfortunately, in order to post this review I have had to give them 1 star.

Rudest woman I've ever dealt with! clearly judged by my age when i originally asked about buying a particular property for 490,000 (she actually laughed to herself!). Then when she found out I had the full amount in the bank it was like i was a different person! For that reason I will never deal with that particular branch again. Good job I got in contact with the homeowner and done the deal privately. Waste of time dealing with them. AVOID at all costs.
