Really good customer service, the facility is clean, tidy and easy to use. Lawrence was very professional and explained how to get the best of the storage area. The whole process was painless, we had a code to get in and out any time, the lift was huge and very clean, they are very customer friendly, at the end of the lease our account was closed promptly without any fuss, I wish more companies were like this.
Its a safe storage which is clean. Only downside is lift is always breaking down. Staff are very helpful
