Completely inefficient, the accounting department is a disaster and the Manager Ian doesn't know how to deal with customers! But the showroom is nice and Carly really friendly
Have purchased a car here and the sales service was good. Only problem was our car got locked in the workshop and was not accessible at the time we were told to collect so had to wait an hour or so.. Otherwise all good.
My wife called to enquire about a Car on sale explaining we need to buy a larger car after having our first child, the sales team booked us in for a test drive on the same day. We drove almost an hour over to the showroom to be casually told they had sold the car already, they then proceeded to try and sell us a lesser car for the same price whilst constantly remarking that another couple were very interested to try and force the sale. Needless to say we walked away. Just to top it off the friendly salesman called this morning to see if we were still interested in the car, I guess the other couple werent that interested after all!
