Where to start?!?! As a 42 year old man, I have seen many a dentist in my time. By a million miles, this is the best practise. Reception staff are friendly and patient. Reminder calls are made before appointments. That is great but not the best part. Hassam (one of the dentists) is a legend. He's great with adults, explaining without being patronising and always checking you're ok during procedures...and with kids he's even better. My two (4 and 7) love him. They literally love going to the dentist! I do not have one bad thing to say about this surgery - it's the best!
Where to start.... I have had toothache for two weeks ... on and off.. it got worse last weekend.. phoned Monday for an appointment.. was given 10.30 to see Mr Kadir... I am not a calm dentist visitor!!!!! ... I was seen exactly on time, given lots and lots of advice... me being me couldn't make a quick decision but at no time did I feel pressured or felt I was wasting their time... also the receptionist.. apologies I don't know your name.. was super helpful too... very friendly practice... thank you so much...
