Good and friendly practice the staff always use your Christian name which I like. I would recommend this practice.
They have already cancelled me twice, they have rescheduled me for tomorrow, although I am not very hopeful that will happen. I understand that on occasions things go wrong, I get that, but its what you do to Rectify it. I dont expect a red carpet service, but it is clear that there is minimal customer services on the NHS! Word of advice, if your going to cancel bookings for whatever reason, try and work with that person (who is your customer ) to get it right. Nothing wasnt offered, no other time slots or out of hour service, nothing. I get its just a job for you but most normal workin people are busy during your opening times and therefore calling up and cancelling last minute does not always help, with my customers I bend over backwards to make things happen. Seriously contemplating going private, but do not feel as though I should be the one to give in when this is a service to me that I contribute towards! Your not getting out of it that easy. Sort yourselves out, start acting professionally and be proud to be part of the NHS.
I am a very anxious patient. If you are too, I would recommend you register with this practice. Everyone, from Julie (frontline staff) to the dentist I previously had to my current one, are very caring and supportive. ( This is in stark contrast to my experience at the previous practice I was registered with). I can't recommmend this practice highly enough...
