You can go in and do your own thing or join in with group sessions. a whole range of great PTs here but lots of high class athletes that will happily help you out with advise also. you can find everything here from physiotherapy to barber shops! best gym I've been to.
Top gym in Kent possibly south of England. Equipment first class there is no doubt. dumbbells range from 3-100 kilograms. Home also to Terry Hollands the 2x bronze medalist at the Worlds Strongest Man. Changing rooms and showers clean and above all friendliest of owners and staff.
Awesome gym, perfect place for those hardcore bodybuilders and functional workouts. There is an abundance of free weights, an area upstairs for cardio and even a matted area for martial arts sparring/jiujitsu etc.
The best gym around by far. Amazing range of equipment and the people there are the nicest most helpful people you will ever meet. The owners Andy and April are lovely. The gym is always clean and tidy. What more could you ask for from a gym? Love it!
