Ive only been coming here about 6 weeks& I tell you what I absolutely love it, I never thought Id enjoy it as much as I do. Its such a great hobby to have. The atmosphere is lovely and chilled. Nina is amazing& very relaxed. She is so lovely. If you mess up its not frowned upon, she just tells you to take a breather& come back to it. Im so glad I started it up. I was very aprahensive when I went to the taster, 6 weeks on I can now sit on a pole! Its amazing! Highly recommend!!
I feel very comfortable and welcome in every class I attend. The classes boosted my self confidence, made me lose weight and i have so much fun when in there. I can't recommend it enough. Everyone is super friendly, encouraging and supportive!
This is the first fitness class Ive ever been to that I walk away knowing I got more than my moneys worth! Nina is great at helping to encourage you to do more than what you believe you can. Everyone in every class is professional encouraging and great to be around! Its amazing what pole can do! Couldnt recommend enough! Fantastic for body and mind!
Whatever class on which ever day you come you go away feeling better about yourself mentally and physically. Nina is an amazing teacher who tailors classes to suit those there. All girls are friendly, welcoming and completely supportive. Its a fantastic work out and you get stronger and fitter quickly. Would absolutely recommend to everyone. I'd always wanted to give pole fitness a go and I'm so glad I did - it's amazing! Nina is a brilliant teacher and fantastic at what she does. You get all the support and encouragement you need. The studio is beautiful and is the perfect place to have a great work out whilst having a load of fun with lovely people. I would recommend 100%
